“Planet Hangout”
Our December show (Planet Hangout) will feature all the artists that have shown at RPSS. Each year the show will grow bigger and bigger! This year will feature: Matt Hart, Ron Liberti, Alison Tharp, Keith Herzik, Arnau Sala and Ezra Li Eismont. If you missed any of these shows December – February will be your chance to catch them again!

Art Reception
We are getting spooky with the zombie art of Oakland, CA artist Ezra Li Eismont. Join us on Friday, October 15th from 6 – 9:30pm. We’ll be serving snacks and drinks, and listening to the record spinning magic of DJ Nasty Boots!
Beer September/October
Oops! Posting for September is a little late! We have had a Honey Basil Beer and an Unfiltered Pilsner this month. And for October we’re looking forward to a Dark Chocolate Stout and a Spiced Pumpkin Ale.
New Stylist!
Emmy will be going on the floor the second week of October! Hooray! She has aced the training program and will be charging $30 for cuts (no color yet). Check out the Independent (issues for the weeks of the 6th and 13th of October). We’ll be running a special for new clients who come in to see Emmy.

Thrift Store Scores!
While hunting for new/vintage chairs for the salon, we found 2 amazing hoosier cabinets to display our products. What a find! We also purchased 3 new waiting area chairs in near new condition… (Burlington has some really great thrift stores).
August Beer
We are just finishing off the last of the Black IPA, and we have some Chinook IPAs still hanging around. Coming next week: a Saison and a Honey Kolsch.

a black IPA and a California Common (think Anchor Steam). Mid month we will have a Chinook IPA (Chinook is a kind of hop).
